Both fighters worth studying if you are serious about boxing. Leonard was the smooth boxer who was compared to Muhammad Ali the way he danced around the ring. Hagler was the unmoveable force who refused to take a backwards step. A lot happened in this fight Hagler who was a natural southpaw decided in the first few rounds to be an orthodox. Hagler wanted to beat Leonard at his own style to show he was the better fighter but this would ultimately cost him the victory.
Sanchez is a fighter that you must study. Very fluent footwork and could fight. Always moving his head staying out of the punching line. Changes angles to hit his opponent from different positions.
Joe Louis had great balance and had the majority of his weight on the back foot always ready to throw his dangerous right hand.
Hagler was a monster inside of the ring. Worked his way from the ground up. Great fighter to study for motivation and skill.
Larry Holmes was just after Muhammad Ali and is considered one of the greatest heavyweight champions. Had two famous fights with Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson.
Tommy Hearns was a one punch knockout artist and created fear into his opponents with his menacing stare.
One of the greatest Mexican fighters to have ever lived. Great fighter to study if you are a pressure fighter and need to learn the art of slipping and rolling punches.
One of the greatest fighters to watch for footwork and counterpunching Orlando Canizalez
